Hot Side and Cold Side Pumps
The power to the hot side pump and cold
side pump for each heat pump is
supplied from the water heater (heat
pump enclosure). Connect the active,
neutral and earth wire to each pump
terminals as shown in the photo inside
the pump cover and to the terminals
located within the heat pump electrical
enclosure.
A 20 mm conduit is required for the electrical
cable between the water heater and each
pump. The conduit is to be connected to the
water heater with a 20 mm terminator.
Holes are provided on the electrical panel for
cabling.
Tank Sensor Installation
Connect one of the supplied temperature sensors to the connection terminal on
the heat pump marked “Tank Sensor”.
Run out the sensor to the nearest storage
tank.
For 610 series tanks, a thermostat well is
supplied within each tank.
