will begin a periodic GPIO toggling during the whole
production test procedure.

OTP timestamp

PLT will read the IC production timestamp and log it.

VBAT level measure

PLT will send a command to each DUT to measure
VBAT for each one, using the internal ADC. VBAT level
will be logged for debugging purposes.

RX pin, then a special UART resync procedure takes
