7.5 

Replacing System Fuse 

IMPORTANT: Always completely remove power from the AN-30e system before 
performing any maintenance on the terminal or transceiver. 

 

To replace fuse: 
1.  Disconnect power from the terminal. 
2.  Pry off the black plastic cover located on the back panel beside the power switch 

and extract the red fuse holder. 

3.  Use an approved tool to remove the glass-cased fuses from the holder. 

Be certain to replace the fuse(s) into the lower half of the holder, as shown in the 
diagram below. The fuse holder holds two fuses, both of which are active. Be 
certain to use fuses of the same type and rating.

4.  Replace the fuse holder in the system terminal and secure. 
5.  Restore power to the AN-30e system.
