PRINT BED SUPPORTS – ASSEMBLY:
The 0.25” hex nuts (N0.25) labeled #1 and $2 are used to lock the 0.25” threaded rod (T0.25) against the print bed support.
This helps in preventing the entire print bed support from flexing up and down. When tightening hex nut #2, do not
overtighten it as it will then cause the print bed support to angle upwards.
1.
Ensure the 0.25” hex nut (N0.25) is not tight up against the print bed support.
2.
Use Blue Loctite and tighten down the 0.25” hex nut (N0.25) up against the print bed support.
3.
Use Blue Loctite and tighten down the 0.25” hex nut (N0.25) up against the print bed support.
4.
Assemble the front print bed support in the same manner that you assembled the rear print bed supports.
5.
Insert the front upper print bed support onto the lower print bed support.
