FRAME ASSEMBLY – MIDDLE SIDE WALLS:



Two middle side walls are required so it is easier to build them at the same time.



Orient the PVC pipes and connectors as shown.



Mix a small amount of epoxy, just enough to glue all of the pieces together.



Apply a small amount of epoxy to the inside of each connector.



Insert the pipes (FSH) all the way into the connectors (FT) until they stop.



Use a hammer or mallet to drive the pipes (FSH) further in if needed.



Insert the pipes (FV) all the way into the connectors (FT) until they stop.



Use a hammer or mallet to drive the pipes (FV) further in if needed.



Lay the assemblies down flat and move the connectors (FT) front to back so there is no wobble.



Ensure that the assemblies are level and even all the way around.



Remove any excess epoxy that may have oozed out.



Put aside the completed assembly and let the epoxy set.
