Faults detected at the ECDIS during ”Track Control” mode will stop this mode.
An automatic switchover to ”Heading Control” mode is performed.
On straight leg: The RAD and RoT values and the rudder limit, which were adjusted by
the operator, are now used and displayed.
On curved path: On interruption, the rudder limit is set to maximum value and RAD/RoT
are taken from the next planned section.
