Please perform regular inspections of:
•
The cables (verify they are not cut or damaged) and the connectors (verify the contacts are
not corroded).
•
The rope drum is securely fixed to the extremity of the boom.
•
The A2B switch piston to see that there is not too much corrosion.
•
The A2B switch piston to see that there is not too much corrosion.
•
Relay functionality for the lockout.
6.2 Periodic inspections (every six months)

Inspections and maintenance
•
When you switch on the system, check if all the alarm lights, audible alarms, and lockout
are working.
•
Make sure the system is correctly configured.
•
Check the accuracy of the clock.
•
Make sure the system has not detected any errors.
•
Check the weight on the hook (it should be the same as the last time you checked).
•
Check the radius according to the boom selection. The radius displayed should be between
0 and 10 % larger than the current radius of the crane.
•
Check that the A2B is functioning properly.
6.1 Frequent inspections
