Empty the tank to check that no objects have
fallen inside that prevent the auger from
rotating

lets are loaded
Check that the pellet feed channel into the
combustion chamber is free from obstruc-
tions, such as sawdust, stuck pellets or other
objects. In this case, free from obstruction, it is
advisable to contact the Technical Assistance
Service.

Faulty gearmotor
Replace the gearmotor (contact the Technical
Assistance Service.)

In case of excessive gas formation inside the combustion chamber during the ignition phase, it is
advisable not to stand in front of the stove and not to approach the combustion chamber glass,
but to wait for the flame to ignite in a safe place . For more information see the paragraph “What
