9. User MENU
The user menu provides you the possibility to set the date and time, change the backlight
brightness settings or read out the Bluetooth ID for logging purposes [only software versions
V0.26 and higher].
The user menu contains 3 different settings:
1.
Date and Time
2. Backlight
3.
Reading of the Bluetooth module address
9.1
Setting the date and time
Press
the
↑
-key for 12 seconds to enter the user menu.
o
The display will show [timE].
o
For entering the next menu setting press the
↑
-key
o
or
press
the
-key.
o
The display will show [ho_16].
Enter the proper hour by using the
↑
-key, the
↓
-key and the
-key.
o
The display will show [nn_35].
Enter the proper minute by using the
↑
-key, the
↓
-key and the
-key.
o
The display will show [dA_20].
Enter the proper day by using the
↑
-key, the
↓
-key and the
-key.
o
The display will show [nn_01].
Enter the proper month by using the
↑
-key, the
↓
-key and the
-key.
o
The display will show [YE_17].
Enter the proper year by using the
↑
-key, the
↓
-key and the
-key.
o
The display will show [timE].
press
the
-key for 3 seconds to save the new date and time settings.
o
The display will show [Set__].
o
The user menu is closed off and the system returns to the normal function
mode

Setting the backlight
Press
the
↑
-key for 12 seconds to enter the user menu.
o
The display will show [timE].
For entering the next menu setting press the
↑
-key
o
The display will show [LIgHt].
press
the
-key.
o
The display will show [ 150]. (brightness = 150%)
Change to the desired backlight strength by using the
↑
-key, the
↓
-key(selections
possible are; 100/150/175/200)
o
The display will show [125].
press
the
-key.
o
The display will show [LIgHt].
press
the
-key for 3 seconds to save the new backlight settings.
o
The display will show [Set__].
o
The user menu is closed off and the system returns to the normal function
mode
