balance is correct.
Procedure:

Enter

submenu,

edit box is displayed, it features ASCII and HEX
fields.

The code is scanned and entered to the ASCII field and HEX filed, next the test result is
displayed in the bottom part.
When:

declared in balance settings comply with <Prefix> and <Suffix> of
the scanned code, the test result is
<Positive>

declared in balance settings do not comply with <Prefix> and

32.4. Transponder Card Scanner
You can log in to the balance by means of:
−
password entered using an on-screen keyboard,
−
registered transponder card scanner.
CAUTION:
For correct ’balance - transponder card scanner’ cooperation set appropriate baud rate
value in <
Communication> submenu (by default 9600b/s).
Transponder card scanner port
Communication between the weighing device and the transponder card scanner can be
established via the following ports:
−
RS 232 (COM1)
−
RS 232 (COM2)
In order to log in an operator via transponder card scanner, first assign a number of an
already registered card to a selected operator in the database of operators.
Procedure:
•
Connect a transponder card scanner to a given port (RS 232 COM1 or RS 232 COM2),
select communication port for ‘balance-transponder card scanner’ communication.
•
Go to<
Communication> submenu and set baud rate compatible with baud rate of
the transponder card scanner (by default 9600b/s).
•
Enter operators database, go to <
Card no.> parameter and edit desired operator’s
record.
•
Upon entering editing mode in <
Card no.> parameter, a <Card no.> edit box is
opened with an on-screen keyboard.
•
Approximate the card to the transponder card scanner. The mass comparator
automatically displays number of detected card in the <Card no.> field.
•
Accept recognized number by pressing
button and return to weighing.
