User Manual 3162A/B
SCPI Command Reference 4-13
Arbitrary
Waveform,
Sequence, and
Shared Memory
Command
Summary
Arbitrary Waveform commands allow the definition of segments and their
corresponding lengths, addition and deletion of segments, and the loading of
waveform data. Sequence commands control which segments are linked and
the number of times each segment is repeated. The shared memory
commands place the Model 3162B in a special data transfer mode where the
Model 3162B's message-based interface is bypassed and data is loaded
directly from the VXIbus. Optional modes are omitted from these commands.
Defaults are shown in bold. Note that channel B is shared memory read only.
