Conditions of Use
You should treat your device with care. The following suggestions can help extend the
life of your device.
1.
Keep the mobile phone and its parts and components out of reach of
small children.
2.
Keep the phone dry. Rain, humidity, and all types of liquids which
contain minerals will corrode electronic circuits.
3.
Don’t touch the phone with wet hands when charging, it could cause
electric shock or damage the phone.
4.
Avoid leaving the device in high temperature environments. High
temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage
batteries, and warp or melt plastics.
5.
Avoid leaving the device in too low temperature environments. When
the temperature rises, the phone will produce water vapor that may
damage the electronic circuit.
6.
Avoid leaving the phone in dusty, dirty places, otherwise parts may be
damaged.
7.
Avoid leaving the phone near a lit cigarette, near open flame or any
heat source.
8.
Do not open the device. A non-professional approach can do damage
to the phone.
9.
Do not throw it from heights, knock or shake the phone. Rough
handling can damage internal circuit boards.
10.
Do not paint the phone, because the paint will block headphones,
microphones, or other removable parts, and could lead to it not
working.
11.
Use a clean, soft, dry cloth to clean the camera and light sensor lenses.
Prohibit the use of harmful chemicals and cleaning agents to clean the
phone

If mobile phone, battery, charger, or mobile phone accessories are
defective, contact [email protected] for assistance.
13.
If necessary, Service Center staff will assist you and will arrange for
phone repairs.
Privacy
Please note that you must respect the laws and regulations in force in your
jurisdiction or other jurisdiction(s) where you will use your phone regarding taking
photographs and recording sounds with your phone. Pursuant to such laws and
regulations, it may be strictly forbidden to take photographs and/ or to record the
voices of other people or any of their personal attributes, and reproduce or distribute
them, as this may be considered to be an invasion of privacy. It is the user’s sole
responsibility to ensure that prior authorization has been obtained, if necessary, in
order to record private or confidential conversations or take a photograph of another
person; the manufacturer, the seller or vendor of your phone (including the carrier)
disclaim any liability which may result from improper use of the phone.
