Turn the Screen Lock On or Off

From the apps list, select
Settings
>
Privacy & Security
>
Screen Lock
.

Select
On
to enable screen lock

You will be prompted to enter the passcode. See Screen Lock Settings.
Note: You will need to wait for 60 seconds to retry after 5 continuous failed attempts.
Software Update Your Phone
From time to time, updates may become available for your phone. You can check
and apply updates when available through the
Settings
>
Device
>
Device
Information
>
Software update
menu
You may be required to power the phone off and on to complete the software
update.
Before you perform a Software Update, make sure your device is fully charged or
the battery level is at least 60%.
While doing a Software Update over a cellular network is supported, it’s
recommended to do the Software Update while the phone is connected to a WLAN
(Wi-Fi) network.
