Network & Connectivity
The following addresses your phone’s connectivity options, including Wi-Fi and
Bluetooth.
Airplane Mode
The option allows to you enable and disable the Airplane Mode.
Mobile Network & Data
From the apps list, select
Settings
>
Network & Connectivity
>
Mobile Network &
Data
. The Cellular & Data window opens.
Mobile Network & Data Operations
Carrier
: See your SIM card’s carrier (note that this may vary based on your
provider’s plan).
Data Connection
: Select the
On
icon
to enable data connection. To disable
data connection, select the
Off
icon
.
APN Settings
: Set APN settings options. Note: The APN setting may not be editable
depending on your carrier’s implementation.
WLAN (Wi-Fi)
Wi-Fi provides wireless Internet access over distances of up to 300 feet. To use your
phone’s Wi-Fi, you need access to a wireless access point or “hotspot.” The
availability and range of the Wi-Fi signal depends on a number of factors, including
infrastructure and other objects through which the signal passes.
Turn Wi-Fi On and Connect to a Wireless Network
