Adjust the height of the Docking Bolt by turning it clockwise or
counter-clockwise (

).
The distance between the Locking Pawl and the Docking
Bolt MUST not exceed .125” (F).
If this distance cannot
be achieved change out the 5/8” (15.88mm) Docking Bolt
(Grade 8) or Base Mount for one of a different length.
This distance compensates for wheelchair tire pressure
fluctuations.

Mark the location of the QLK-150 Wheelchair Docking System
with the wheelchair occupant present (

If replacing an existing Q’Straint® QLK™ Docking System,
use the same holes in the vehicle and the new (supplied)
Q’Straint® Hardware (Grade 8).
