are not encrypted.

Prepare the correct tubes. Ensure that you read all essential and critical information indicated
in the
Information
icon ( ) marked in red. Information about the labware to use can also be
found in the respective kit handbook. If you use sticky label on the tubes, ensure to use a thin
label which allows to insert the tube completely into the shaker position.
4.
Load the tubes into the correct position of the shaker rack. The shaker rack positions are
numbered for easy identification. Touch the table row to highlight the position in the schematic
at the right. Be sure to use the same position numbers for shaker and centrifuge rotor buckets
for same sample IDs.
5.
Depending on the tube type, a shaker rack plug or the tube lid must be placed into the slot
next to the tube, as shown on the screen or indicated in the
Information
icon ( ). Make sure
that the lid/shaker rack plug is securely seated in the slot. Do not place a lid or shaker rack
plug next to an empty shaker rack position.
