The Factory Reset also removes all user accounts. The console will no longer be connected to your
rayconsole.com account. All settings will be returned to their defaults. All shows and template shows will
be deleted. Use this if you want to return the console to it's factory configuration.
Reset Password
If you forgot your password for your rayconsole.com-account, don't worry. Rayconsole helps you to reset
your password and connect to your Ray Console and your account.
Please make sure that the console is
connected to the internet
. Then tap on the
Reset Password
Button on
the
Reset Password Dialogue
. Now you receive a temporary password on your registered E-Mail-Adress.
To sign in enter now the temporary password and
Submit
.
Please note: the process of the automatically sended temporary password only work once. The second and
all next times the temporary password needs to be requested by the user by tapping on
Send another
temporary password
