Playing Media
Playing tracks on the media view is similar to any media playing software. Here is an overview of the
controls:
•
Current Track - Highlighted in green, this is the track that is currently playing or will be played
when the play button is pressed
•
Next Track - Underlined, this is the track that will be played when the current track has finished
playing
•
Play - Starts playing the current track from the selected position in the track
•
Pause - Pauses the track while keeping the position in the track
•
Next Track - Changes the Next Track to be the Current Track
•
Previous Track - Returns to the start of the Current Track or makes the next track up the list the
Current Track
•
Repeat Track - Makes the Current Track and the Next Track the same, so that the track will repeat
•
Auto Play - When the Current Track finishes, the Next Track will start playing automatically
•
Volume - Sets how loud the track is played
The name of the track and the artist are shown to the left of the controls. There is a slider under the
controls, the number on the left gives the current location, the number on the right gives the total length of
the track in minutes and seconds. The slider can be dragged.
