Using Web Interface to Manage the Access Point

4. Configure the following parameters:

•

Type:

 Select the VAP Type. By default, the VAP Type is AP. 

NOTE:

You can configure up to 4 VAP.

•

SSID:

 Enter the SSID name (Wireless Network name).

•

BSSID:

 BSSID

 

is read-only parameter and it displays the MAC address of the device.

•

Broadcast SSID:

 Enable the status of Broadcast SSID to broadcast the beacons.

•

Auto Rate:

 Either enable or disable the Auto Rate. 

•

If you disable 

Auto Rate 

and click

 OK,
