Sending SMS Text Messages from the ICX35-HWC
Using the ICX35-HWC AOI, SMS text messages can be sent from the ICX35-HWC to
SMS text devices.
AT&T Users:
For SMS texting functionality, you must power up the ICX35-HWC with
the SIM installed within 72 hours after AT&T activates the SIM card.

The text message contents are entered in the
ICX35.SMS.WRITE.Message
controller tag. Click on the
box.

Enter the SMS text message characters in the
String Browser
dialog box.
Click
OK
.

Enter the number SMS text recipient devices (up to 5 devices) in the
ICX35.SMS.WRITE.Phone_Count
controller tag.
