Measuring conductivity
1. Connect the conductivity electrode.
2. Switch the device on using the Ein/Aus but-
ton. The calibration point of the last calibra-
tion is briefly displayed.
3. Conductivity is displayed and a beep
confirms that the measured value is stable.
4. The mode button can be used to switch to
temperature display.
Calibrating the conductivity electrode
1. Connect the conductivity electrode.
2. Switch the device on using the Ein/Aus but-
ton.
3. To calibrate the lower measuring range (0 …
20mS/cm), immerse the conductivity elec-
trode in the calibration solution 1.41mS/cm
or 12.88mS/cm and move it slightly.
4. Use the CAL button to switch the device to
calibration mode > the LED lights up red and
the value increases slowly.
5. Once the calibration point has been reached,
it is automatically adopted, the red LED goes
dark and the device returns to the current
measurement.
6. To calibrate the upper measuring range (0 …
200mS/cm), immerse the conductivity elec-
trode in the calibration solution 111.8mS/cm
and move it slightly.
7. Use the CAL button to switch the device to
calibration mode > the LED lights up red and
the value runs up slowly.
8. Once the calibration point has been reached,
it is automatically adopted, the red LED goes
dark and the device returns to the current
measurement.
Measuring temperature
1. Connect the temperature sensor.
2. Switch the device on using the Ein/Aus
button.
3. The temperature is displayed and a beep
confirms that the measured value is stable.
