PCB Removal/Replacement
Unplug the unit.

Failure to disconnect power
from the unit before servicing
could result in severe bodily
injury or death. The ON/OFF
Switch does not disconnect
incoming power to the unit.
WARNING
Use a Phillips screw driver to remove (5) screws
holding electronics tray.

Pull out electronics tray.

Remove all (9) connections on the PCB.
4
Use needle nose pliers to remove PCB from (4)
outside plastic stands.
5
Push new board evenly on to 4 outside plastic stands.

Reconnect all (9) connections.

Plug in unit.

Proceed with caution after plugging in unit.
RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK
WARNING
Use small flathead screwdriver to adjust display with
display adjuster until lettering is clear on overlay
display.

Unplug the unit.
10
Push in the electronics tray.
11
Use Phillips screwdriver to install electronics tray with
(5) screws.

Plug in the unit.
