▪ Loosen the 4 hexagon bolts on the bearing holder.
▪ Loosen the 2 fitting screws on the bearing holder.
▪ Tilt the bearing holder up and sideways, together with the pedestal bearing.
▪ Remove the old V-belts.
▪ Unthread the old V-belt at the top, alongside the bearing holder.
▪ Fit the new V-belts.
▪ Tension the V-belts.
▪ Tighten the lock nut on the tensioning screw.
▪ Tilt the bearing holder back to its original position, together with the pedestal bearing.
▪ Tighten the 2 fitting screws on the bearing holder.
▪ Tighten the 4 hexagon bolts on the bearing holder.
▪ Attach the guard plate.
Before operating, all protective guards must be attached to the machine.

Rope winch - Conveyor belt
▪ Open the protective cover and swing backwards.
▪ Loosen the hexagon bolts from the guard plates and remove the guard plates.
▪ Completely loosen the rope on the rope winch (lower the conveyor belt).
▪ Release the V-belts as shown in the previous section "Changing the V-belts on a PTO
drive".
▪ Loosen the 4 hexagon bolts on the motor unit.
▪ Pull the motor unit out slightly.
▪ Remove the V-belts between the motor - transmission coupling.
▪ Remove the V-belts as shown in the previous section "Changing the V-belts on a PTO
drive".
▪ Fit the new V-belts.
