Ensure that the belt is positioned centrally on the tail pulley so that it is not damaged.
▪ Move the ball valve into the working position.
Transport position:
▪ Put the machine out of operation.

▪ Set the conveyor belt steeply (as far as belt fixation).
▪ Put the ball valve in the conveyor belt position in order to insert the telescopic conveyor
belt.

▪ Support the last part of the insertion manually until it has fully engaged.
▪ Lay all of the loose conveyor belt into the conveyor belt trough.
Ensure that the belt studs do not come to rest on the U part.
▪ Crank the conveyor belt fully upwards using the rope winch.
▪ Attach the safety chain on the conveyor belt.
Clean the sheet metal surfaces under the conveyor belt regularly in order to enable
easy insertion of the telescopic conveyor belt.
