Main switch details
The Unit is switched ON and OFF by using the main
power switch . The DHMC heating and moisturising
functions are operated by using the stand-by button .
The functions are activated about 30 seconds after the
button has been activated. When entering the stand
by state the screen shows “oFF”. After this the control
functions are non operational.
Setting the temperature
Push the button , the temperature reading will
start to ‘blink’. Set the desired operational temperature
using the buttons and . Once again push the
button or wait for 30 seconds. The unit will then return
to its normal operational state. See the manufacturers
recommendations on page 7.
Setting the humidity
Push the button . Again the reading starts to
‘blink’. Set the desired operational level by pushing
button and . Once again push the button or
wait for 30 seconds. The unit will then return to its
normal operational state. See the manufacturers
recommendations on page 7.
Please note!
If you use the unit without the moisturising cassette
set the humidity level to 0 %, then close the cover
of the cassette itself. As stated before NEVER use
this unit without the moisturising cassette and
always make sure there is suffi cient water within the
cassette itself prior to operation.
Monitoring selected temperature
Push the button the screen will show the set
temperature. Push button once again or wait for
30 seconds after which the unit will return to its normal
operational setting.
Monitoring selected humidity
Push the button , the screen will show the selected
humidity. Push button once again or wait for 30
seconds after which the unit will return to its normal
operational setting.
Operation of product temperature probe
Place the food product temperature
probe into the middle of the food product
selected and push button . The
temperature screen will then show the
central core temperature of the food
selected. The screen will continue to
display this food core temperature for
approx. 5 seconds, before returning to its
normal operational state.

The product temperature probe
is a factory mounted accessory.
Please note!
Do not move heat portions, over +150 °C
degrees, direct from the oven into the cabinet. Let
the portions cool for a while before putting them in.
