Main switch details
The bain marie basin or the heated table are switched
ON and OFF by using the stand-by state switch .
When the stand-by state is in use the control panel will
show OFF. When in the stand-by mode ALL control
functions are OFF. The unit is switched ON and OFF by
using the main power switch located on the bottom
row of the control panel.
Checking the minimum temperature
Activate the button . The screen will show the
word “Lo”, after this the screen shows the minimum
temperature memorised, after 5 seconds the screen will
return to its normal state.
Checking the maximum temperature
Active the button . The screen will show the word “Hi”,
after this the screen shows the maximum temperature
memorized. After 5 seconds the screen will return to its
normal state.
Deletion of pre-set parameters
The memorised minimum and maximum temperatures
are deleted separately from the memory. First search the
minimum or maximum temperature you wish to delete on
the screen. Push button until you see the code “rST”
(reset) start to ‘blink’ on the screen. Release the button
the unit will then return to its normal state.
Amending temperature pre-set
Push button for 3 seconds, the screen will then show
the set temperature value. Adjust the value shown by
pushing button or within 10 seconds. Memorise
the new value by pushing button again or wait for
10 seconds after which the unit will return to its normal
operational state.
Monitoring set temperature
Push the button once, the screen shows the
thermostat’s set value. Memorize the new value by
pushing the button again or wait for the 10 seconds
after which the product returns to normal state.

The maximum operational temperature of
the bains marie basin is +90 °C that of the
heated table top is +70 °C.
