USING THE BAIN MARIE
Pour hot water into the basin at approx. +65°C. DO NOT
add water above the maximum fi lling level indicated.
There should be NO more than 3 cm of water within the
basin of the bain marie.
Never use the basin of the bain marie without fi rst
pouring in the required water. The guarantee offered
by the manufacturer does NOT cover damage due
to use of the bains marie without fi rst water being
placed within.
Never place any saucepan or receptacle at the
bottom of the bains marie.
It is possible to purchase an accessory to place at the
bottom of the bains marie should you so require.
The factory setting of the bains marie on delivery is
+80°C.
Please DO NOT allow water within the bains marie to
boil!
It is recommended by the Manufacturer that water within
the bains marie will reach the required operational faster
if the basin is covered. The Manufacturer recommends
GN service covers. These covers keep the food warm
and prevent the food surface from getting dry.

The button for checking and changing the
settings. In programming state the button is used
to select the value and to check the programming
function. The memorized value of maximum or
minimum temperature can be deleted by pushing
the button for 3 seconds when the value is visible
on the screen.
The button shows the maximum thermostat value
memorized. In programming state you navigate
inside the program or they are used to raise the
selected value.

USING THE HEATED TABLE TOP (HEATED TOP)
The factory setting of the heated table top is +60°C.
The heated table top reaches its factory setting very
quickly. It is recommended to allow at least 60
minutes for the surface to become heated prior to use.

The LCD touch sensor control panels, control the bains
marie (where fi tted) and the heated table top (where
fi tted). There may seen on the top row of the control
panel section.

Function
There are two kinds of holders of GN
dishes. Always mount the double-angle
holder B on the hinge side of the door
and the holder A on the handle side of
the door. The sharp edge of a GN dish
may destroy the door gasket if the
holders are mounted the wrong way.
If the unit has been outside and is then brought inside for
any period there will be condensate water on the units
surface.
Do not connect the machine to an electric
inlet before the surfaces are dry and the surface has
reached room temperature!
Connect the unit to an earthed electrical socket of
230 V / 50 Hz this being protected by an independent
fuse of a 16 amp rating.
This unit is NOT designed for use out of doors.
Neither must it be exposed to any of the elements
(ie rain, frost, snow...)
DHMC unit is designed to be used to serve and keep
warm products.
