Follow the same procedure for the remainder of the board. 

WARNING

Although most harsh cleansers won’t damage the whiteboard 

surface, they can scratch the Impulse enclosure. Be sure to keep 
cleansers on the whiteboard surface.

Do not let water seep into the sensitive Impulse electronics. Your 
warranty does not cover damage caused by water.

Removing Permanent Marker 

Permanent marker should not be used on your Impulse board, but if it is by 
accident, use the following steps to clean it from the board.

Moisten a clean, dry cloth with isopropyl alcohol.

Wipe the board in a circular motion to loosen marker residue.

Rinse with clear water.

NOTE:

Do not let water seep into the sensitive Impulse electronics. Your warranty

Dry the board with a clean cloth.

Repeat these steps as often as necessary to remove all residue.
