Defining a New Video Meeting Room

A Meeting Room is a conference reservation without resource allocation,
whose default duration is set to 2 hours.

To define a New Video Meeting Room:

Expand the

MCU

tree.

Right-click the

Meeting Rooms, Entry Queues & SIP Factories

icon, and

then click

New Meeting Room

The

Conference Properties

dialog box opens.

Define the parameters in the

General

Settings

Participants

and

Video

Sources

tabs as described in steps 2-26 in “Creating an On Going Video

Conference” on page 7-6.

The Video Meeting Room is added to the

Meeting Rooms, Entry Queues

& SIP Factories

list.
