Be advised!
De-pressurize the
hydraulic system
prior to any work
on the system.
Gear lubrication:
Fill with liquid grease, as needed
1. Open oil filling screw (1). The crown wheel toothing
is easily visible when the filling screw is open.
2. Pour liquid grease in through the filling plug (1) until
the crown wheel is almost completely covered.
3. Close the filling plug (1)
4. Distribute the grease by switching on the PTO
5. Check the oil level with the drain plug open. The
crown wheel should be almost completely covered.
6. Continue filling with liquid grease if appropriate, or
reduce the amount of liquid grease via the drain plug
(2).

Change liquid grease:
After the first 50 hrs, then every 500 hrs
1. Bring the machine to transport position
2. Open the drain plug (2)

3. Drain the liquid grease.
4. Close the drain plug (2)
Be advised!
Check distance (A)
of shaft (W) at
least 1x annually!
5. Continue as in section "Filling with Liquid Grease"
Note:
Only enter the danger area if there is no
other option. Beforeso, make sure that
- the tractor motor is turned off and the
tractor ignition key is removed
- the ball cock of the single-acting
hydraulic line is closed.
- the rotor arms are in working position
and the rotors are at a standstill.
- the machine-combination is secured
against rolling.
