Spring tines
Check the fixing screws (Z1-Z4) of the spring tines after
the first 10 operating hours and tighten them if necessary
(torque: 100 Nm).
The tines of the outer tine pair are shorter and stronger.
The machine is equipped with a tine-loss security system.
This means that both outside tine pairs (Z1, Z2) are
interlinked. To change the outside tine pair (Z1), the screw
of the second tine pair (Z2) must also be removed.

Maintenance Setting the working width
If the manoeuvring space between the working width
adjuster slide and the rotor arm becomes too large.
Setting the manoeuvring space on the rear side of the rotor
arm (as seen in the direction of travel):
1. Loosen 4x support screw (1)
2. Turn 2x the adjusting screw (2) so that the manoeuvring
space returns to the appropriate size.
Note: Make sure that the slide remains
parallel to the rail.
3. Tighten 4x support screw (1) (93Nm).

Attention:
Only loosen the support screws, do not
remove them! If the support screws are
removed, the jibs shoot up due to the spring
load being released.
Any repair work on the working width
adjuster must be carried out by a
specialised workshop. Before making
repairs to the working width adjuster,
always unhook the release spring (3) of
the jib.
