Cut the template along the lines using scissors and punch out all four holes.

Locate the top of the template at the dimensions shown. Make sure the
short edge of the template is flush with the front side of the 2" x 4" x 46

³⁄₄

board as shown. Mark the top edge and the Right-Side top holes of the
template as shown. Repeat for all three dimensions.

Then repeat markings on the inside of the left 2" x 4" x 46
