Generating Productivity Reports for Jobs

Productivity reports display job summary information for all the jobs run on the selected date. Productivity 
reports contain information for both scanning and non-scanning jobs.

Reports include - job name, operator, start and finish dates and times, job duration, type of fold, insert 
mode, envelope sealing, number of mailpieces, average speed, number of failures and number of 
stoppages.

To generate a productivity report:

 1.  Double-tap the 

Reports

 icon on the touchscreen desktop.

 2.  Tap the 

Statistics

 icon at the top of the screen.
