Press SOURCE to select AUX (AUX1 or
AUX2) as the source.

If the auxiliary setting is not turned on,
AUX
cannot be selected. For more details, see

Setting the AUX title
The title displayed for each
AUX1
or
AUX2
source can be changed.

After you have selected AUX as the
source, press FUNCTION and hold until
TITLE IN appears in the display.

Enter a title in the same way as the
built-in DVD player.

on page 37.
Switching between digital and
analog
When this unit is connected to the DEQ-
P6600, you can switch to the AUX mode to
analog or digital.

Press SOURCE to select AUX2 as the
source.
Press
SOURCE
until
AUX2
appears in the dis-
play.

If the auxiliary setting is not turned on,
AUX2

Press BAND to switch the modes.
Press
BAND
repeatedly to switch between the
following modes:
ANALOG
(analog)
—
DIGITAL
(digital)
Note
When this unit is connected to the DEQ-P6600,
you can switch to the AUX mode to analog or di-
gital. However, when you use
AUX2
as the
source, make sure the AUX mode is set to analog.
AUX digital should not be used with this unit.
Using the PGM button
You can operate the preprogrammed functions
for each source by using
BOOKMARK
.

Sound muting
Sound from this unit is muted automatically in
the following cases:
!
When a call is made or received using a
cellular telephone connected to this unit.
!
When the voice guidance is output from a
Pioneer navigation unit connected to this
unit.
The sound is turned off,
MUTE
is displayed
and no audio adjustments, except volume con-
trol, are possible. Operation returns to normal
when the phone connection or the voice gui-
dance is ended.
