Setting this bit turns on the battery charger
controller.
ACSEL
This bit selects the source of the board’s power
supply, "1" specifies supply via DC adapter, "0"
via battery.
ACPRES
Reading a "1" from this input indicates that a DC
adapter is currently connected to the board.
ALARM
This bit returns the alarm status information of the
battery charger controller.
