RS-232 Interface

The PXA255 controller has four internal UARTS. Three of these are
supported in the current version of the phyCORE-PXA255. Two of
the interfaces are accessible in the standard RS-232 level over DB-9
sockets at P1 (FF-UART) and P2 (BT-UART).
