Activating a PIN
By activating a PIN, you can protect the
Setup
menu and
the firmware update from
unauthorized access.
The protected menu items are then marked with the
symbol and can only be accessed
once the PIN is entered.
•
Press the

button.

Select

>
Security
menu.
•
Select the value
On
with the
X
and
W
buttons.
•
Apply the setting with the
↵
button.
Defining a PIN
•
Press the
menu
button.
•
Select
Setup
>
Security
>
PIN
menu.
•
Select the digit of the PIN to be modified with the
X
and
W
buttons.
•
Assign the selected digit a number with the
S
and
T
buttons.
•
Repeat these two steps for the remaining digits of the PIN.
•
Apply the setting with the

button.
