Guest Management

Navigate to the [Guest Management]
[Guest Profile Download] menu
o
If set to [On] the guest name and profile
image will be downloaded from the
Google account when he logs in, if [Off]
this will not be downloaded

Navigate to the [Guest Management]
[Clear User Data] menu
o
This is to clear the user data, including all
app data, passwords as well as user
browsing history

You will see below items:

[Off]: Disable the clearing
o
[Standby and PowerOn]: Clearing will
happen when set goes to Standby and
when set is turned on
o
[CheckIn and CheckOut]: Clearing will
only happen when a check in or check
out is done from the PMS system,
therefore you need to use PMS
o
Navigate to the [Guest Management]
[PMS] [Default Dashboard PMS] menu
o
You will see below items:

[Off]: Disable the PMS functionality
o
[On]: Enable the PMS functionality
