Login

Purpose:

Only registered users get access to setup a lighting system i.e. commissioning and configuring using the MasterConnect app. 

How to:

•  Download and install the Philips MasterConnect app from App Store or Google PlayStore

•  When opening the app for the first time, register with your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail with a 6-digit verification code that needs to be filled 

  in the app. Register with your name.

Remarks: 

•  Make sure that you have a good internet connection.
•  Make sure Bluetooth is activated on the smartphone* in use.     

  Allow for Location Access services to be enabled, when requested  

  by the app.
•  Regularly check for app-updates, as it is recommended to use the  

  most recent version for best performance and updated features.  

  Usually auto-update can be enabled in the smartphone settings.

* When using more than one smartphone and the same user 

account, the user will need to log in each time each time the user 

switches smartphones.  Although the same e-mail is used, the user 

will need to log in via “Add a new account”
