4. If steps 1-4 have not resolved the problem, clear out all the
memory buffers in the Scrolling Display. To do this use the
following steps using the display remote control:
k. Press ESC (display shows Ed Rn Del Set)
l. Press D screen will show Page Tmr Gfx
m. Press P, screen will show Page (A-Z, Del)?
n. To Delete Page A: Press A, then screen will show
SURE Y/N?
o. Press Y, to confirm deletion & exit to main menu
p. Press ESC, to end the editing
q. Press R
r. Press P
s. Press A, you will initially see a rainbow color phrase
“Good Morning” formed on the screen, within 13
seconds updated message should be received from
Control Panel by the Scrolling Display and you will see
a
message like, “Take next available forklift battery…”
5. Switch ID# from ID01 to ID02 to verify if can receive any
signal at all. Using the remote control that comes with the
Scrolling Display follow the steps from step Go to another
POOL display, switch ID# from ID02 (or whatever that display
is
assigned to), to ID01 to verify Control Box is sending
message correctly for ID01.
