1. Connect the plastering nozzle (1) to the water extraction valve
(2).
2. Connect mortar hose (3) and water.
3. Take out and detach mortar hose and plastering nozzle again.
4. Drain water fully from mortar hose.
5. Lubricate mortar hose with approx. 2 l wallpaper paste.
6. The wallpaper paste is mixed through the mortar hose with the
first mixing.
DANGER!
Never loosen the hose couplings as long as there is
pressure on the mortar hoses (check mortar
pressure gauge)! The mix could burst out under
pressure and result in serious injuries, especially
injuries to the eyes.
Torn off hoses can beat about and injure
bystanders!
31.2 Connecting mortar hose

1. Connect the mortar hose (1) to the mortar pressure manometer
(2).
NOTE:
Ensure clean and correct connection and couplings!
2. Lay mortar hoses at a generous radius so that the hoses do not
break.
3. Mount the uptakes carefully so that they are not torn apart by
their own weight.

4. Switch on the machine, turn the selector switch of the pump
motor (3) clockwise.
5. As soon as mortar emerges at the end of the mortar hose, switch
off the machine at the selector switch for the pump motor (3)
(Position “0”).
