30.1 Checking mortar consistency

1. Connect the consistency checking tube to the mortar pressure
manometer.
2. Place a basket or tub under the consistency checking tube.
Article No. 20104301 Consistency checking tube 25M-section.
30.2 Machine "flying start"

1. Turn main switch (1) to position "I".
2. Close the control circuit by inserting the dummy connector (2) in
the control cabinet.
3. Press the green pushbutton Control voltage "ON" (3).
4. Switch on the machine, turn the selector switch of the pump
motor (3) clockwise.

5. Check consistency of mortar.

6. Switch off the machine at selector switch (position "0").
7. Remove consistency test tube and clean it.
