24.4 Connection of water supply

1. Unscrew the brass sieve cup (1) with release cock from pressure
reducer.
2. Check whether the dirt trapping sieve (2) in the pressure reducer
is clean.
Sieve for pressure reducer: Article No. 20156000
3. Screw on brass sieve cup (1) again.
4. Shut all water release cocks.

5. Check whether water inlet sieve in the water inlet (3) is clean.
6. Clean and vent the water hose of the water supply line.
7. Connect water hose and water inlet (3).
8. Remove water hose (4) from mixing tube.
NOTE:
Use clean water free of solids only. The minimum
pressure when the machine is running is 2.5 bar.
NOTE:
Never allow the pump to run dry, as this reduces the
life span of the pump.

The connected pressure boosting pump ensures the required water
pressure of minimum 2.5 bar.
NOTE:
While working from the water barrel, the strainer
with filter sieve (Article No. 00136619) must be
must be positioned upstream (vent pressure
boosting pump).
NOTE!
Never let the pump run dry as this reduces the
service life of the pump.
