1.  Fill the pump container with water to flush the pump. 
2.  Switch on the machine at the green pushbutton (1) control 

voltage “ON”. 

3.  Turn the step switch (2) to position “3” Pump manual. 
4.  Pump water from pump tank. 
5.  Let the pump run dry for 2 seconds so that the remaining water is 

drained from the pump. 

6.  Switch off the machine at the red pushbutton (3) so the control 

voltage is “OFF”. 

 

NOTE! 
After the end of work, the power and water supply 

lines must be disconnected from the machine.

Danger of death due to unauthorised restarting! 

When working on malfunctions, there is a danger of 

unauthorised switching on of the electrical supply. 

This puts those in the danger area at extreme risk. 
Therefore: 

 

Before starting work, switch off all electrical power 

supplies and secure them against being switched 

back on again. 

 

 

NOTE! 
If the delivery pressure decreases and the material 

flow fluctuates, the pump must be replaced.
