1. Open the silo outlet flap.
2. Turn the main switch (1) to the “I” position.
3. Press the green pushbutton (2) for vibrator manual operation.
4. The mixer does not start up until the yellow control lamp
“No material” (3) has gone out.
5. Turn step switch (4) to position 2 “Mixer Manual”.
6. Switch on the mixer, press the green pushbutton (5)
Control voltage “ON”.
7. Check mortar consistency.

1. Switch off the mixer, press the red pushbutton (6) so
the control voltage is “OFF”.
33.4 Level probe in the mixer

1. The material level in the material container of the horizontal
mixer is monitored by the level probe.
2. When the level sensor detects empty, it switches off
the mixer motor.

1. Pull the pump unit (1) (motor, pump motor and pump) in
the direction of the arrow.
2. Lock the pump unit (1) with the hinge pin (2).
