NOTE!
Every interruption to the spraying process causes

a slight irregularity in the consistency of the material.

This irregularity will normalise itself as soon as

the machine has been operating for a short period.
It is therefore unnecessary to change the water flow

rate with each irregularity. Wait until the consistency

of the material has returned to normal.

NOTE!
The maximum pumping distance depends

primarily on the flow characteristics of the mortar.

Heavy, coarse-grained mortar does not flow well.

Fluid materials have good flow characteristics.
If an operating pressure of 30 bar is exceeded,

thicker mortar hoses must be used.

36.1 Switching to automatic mode

1. Switch on the machine, press the green pushbutton (1) control

voltage “ON”.

2. Turn the step switch (2) to “4”.
3. The speed of the pump motor and thus the flow rate can be set

on the speed controller (3).
