Electrical connection

The pump is supplied with an equipped main power cable separately

according to the following diagram:
Female plug wiring
It is recommended to use the main cable delivered with the pump (F10).
If not, wire the female plug according to the following specifications:

Connect the green lead to the ground on the plug.
Connect the other 3 leads to the 3 phases (U, V and W).

This pump is not equipped with an EMO device because it is designed
for use on process tools and integration with the process tool EMO.
The pump must be protected by an EMO provided by the user equipment/
host tool, located in a non hazardous area and within 3 m (10 ft) of the
pump.
If the pump is not installed on process tool (Remote location), or if the
pump is powered by an external source, EMO accessory is required for
safe operation (refer to A50). In this case, the EMO must be integrated with
process tool.
Differential circuit breaker
Emergency button
In case of insulation defect, for personnel protection you must install on
the main power supply a type B differential circuit breaker GFI (or RCD)
of 300 mA. This equipment protection device is compatible with type
T.T electrical network. For other network type T.N or I.T, apply the right
protection device. Contact adixen product manufacturer for advice.
In all cases, comply with current local regulations.
