Protocol editing

Plate

Plate repeat parameters

The number of times each plate is to be measured (1-99). If this is more than 1 then you
must give the time between the end of one measurement and the beginning of the next (0-
3600 secs.). This allows you to do slow kinetic measurements.

Measurement height

Standard

- This selection is only enabled when using a plate type that has its dimension

data stored in the instrument.

The default height set is about 8 mm above the bottom of the plate.
