Auto. Pumping out
Displays the interval that has been set
for the automatic pumping procedure in
analogue systems, to prevent long sta-
tionary periods
∙
Acoustic alarm
Displays whether the buzzer is activated
∙ Alarm relay flashes
Shows whether the relay works in cy-
cles in the event of an alarm or whether
it is continuously energised
∙
Acoustic alarm
Shows currently set delay for alarm re-
lay
∙
AUX logic
Shows whether the auxiliary input
works as a normally closed contact
∙ AUX influence
Shows what influence the auxiliary in
-
put as on the pumps
∙
Direction of rotation check
Shows whether the check on the direc-
tion of rotation is activated
∙
P1 current limitation
Displays the current limitation that has
been set for pump 1
∙
P2 current limitation
Displays the current limitation that has
been set for pump 2
Settings
If you wish to change a parameter in
this system menu, you will be asked to
enter a password (4-digit number).
ATTENTION!
The password is set to
“3197” in the factory. If the password is
changed and then forgotten, the device
must be re-activated by the manufac-
turer's customer service department. It
is not possible for the user to reset the
system!
If more than about one minute passes in
the system menu without any entry be-
ing made, the control unit automatically
switches back to the standard display.
LEVEL DETECTION
Static pressure sensor
Analogue system with two air pressure
bell sensors for analogue filling level
detection and failure safety with a pres-
sure switch
- Base load switch-on level/switch-off
level
(only for SM and HD) In these menu
items, the switch-on and switch-off
points are set for the base load pump.
The value is defined in cm water col
-
umn, measured from the bottom edge
of the pressure bell or submersible
sensor.
ATTENTION!
In order to prevent the
measurement head from becoming
soiled by solids in the wastewater and
possibly resulting in measurement tol-
erances, never set the switch-off level
for submersible sensors to less than 8
cm.
ATTENTION!
For the static pressure
sensor, the switch-off level is fixed at 5
cm, measured from the lower edge of
the pressure bell.
- High water level
(only for SM and HD) This menu item is
used to define which level of water in
the collecting chamber should trigger
an alarm. The value is defined in cm
water column, measured from the bot-
tom edge of the pressure bell or sub-
mersible sensor.
- Peak load switch-on level/switch-off
level
(only for SM and HD) In these menu
items, the switch-on and switch-off
points are set for the peak load pump.
The value is defined in cm water col
-
umn, measured from the bottom edge
of the pressure bell or submersible
sensor.
- Pump height
(only for SM and HD) The position of the
upper edge of the pump, which is im-
portant for the S2 time, is defined here.
If the water level in the chamber drops
below this height, i.e. the motor is un-
covered, the watchdog timer starts to
monitor the running time of the pump.
The value is defined in cm water col
-
umn, measured from the bottom edge
of the pressure bell or submersible
sensor.
Static pressure module
Digital system with two pressure
switches and two air pressure bells for
1) base load and 2) peak load/high water
alarm
2 Submersible switch (single unit)
Digital system with two pressure
switches for 1) base load and 2) peak
load/high water alarm
3 Submersible switch (duplex unit)
Digital system with three pressure
switches for 1) base load and 2) high
water alarm and 3) peak load
Analogue 4-20mA
Analogue system with 4-20mA sub-
mersible sensor (measuring range 4m
max.) and failure safety through sub-
mersible switch
Compli 400 (single unit)
Data logging through the resistance
value of the Compli level detection in
the small tank
Compli 1000 (duplex unit)
Data logging through the resistance
value of the Compli level detection in
the large tank

TIME CONTROL
Maximum running time
The running time of the pump can be
restricted to a maximum duration. This
function is necessary for short duration
operation and intermittent duty opera-
tion (S2 and S3 operation) of the pump.
The times are dependent on the type of
pump and can be found in the techni-
cal data provided with the pump. If the
pump runs continuously for longer than
the time specified here, an alarm will
be triggered. Setting range of 1 to 7200
seconds; a value of 0 sec. switches this
function off. The resting time can be set
at “restart lock-out”.
