Model 7600 Process Loss/Dockage/Comparative Weighing
This version 7600 is designed to allow loss in process, dockage calculations and comparative
weighing. This is helpful in any application where a comparative measurement is necessary.
Using this system will allow the operator to determine dockage, shrinkage or lost in process
calculations.
Operating Instructions:
Using The Comparative Functions.
1. Select the unit of measure to perform the conversion with by pressing the UNITS button
to cycle through the primary and secondary-weighing units. Default is LBS for primary,
KG for secondary.
2. Place the sample on the scale and press SAMPLE SET.
3. Remove the sample and process.
4. Place the processed sample on the scale and press the % button. The scale will now show
the percentage of the processed samples weight compared to the original non-processed
sample’s weight.
5. To view the weight press the UNITS Button repeatedly to cycle through PRIMARY,
SECONDARY and DOCKAGE %.
OR
5. Select the unit of measure to perform the conversion with by pressing the UNITS button
to cycle through the primary and secondary-weighing units. Default is LBS for primary,

6. Press the PIECE WEIGHT Button and key in the sample weight and press the ENTER
button.
7. Process the sample and place the processed material on the scale platform.

weight compared to the original non-processed sample’s weight.
8. To view the weight press the UNITS Button repeatedly to cycle through PRIMARY,
SECONDARY and DOCKAGE %.
Note: For this Model the COUNTING features are not available. All other scale functions
are available and operate normally. For more information on other 7600 scale functions
please refer to the 7600 Operators Manual.
